Hasim Rahman will reportedly put his WBC heavyweight title on the line on March 18 against James “Lights Out” Toney.

We could all be forgiven for forgetting Toney’s last title bid, though it was only last April when he earned a decisive victory over John Ruiz. The bout was ruled no contest shortly after when Toney tested positive for a banned substance.

I didn’t know that cheap cigars were a banned substance, but I’m all for it.
