The win keeps him on track to possibly face Carlos Baldomir, who recently became WBC welterweight champ by defeating Zab Judah. Mayweather-Judah Back on!

The fight was scrapped when Judah stumbled against Baldomir, but apparently there was still enough fan interest (read money) to motivate Don King and Bob Arum to make this fight happen.
The official announcement won’t come until next week, but ESPN’s Dan Rafael reports it will remain an HBO PPV event on April 8.
