Hatton To Move Up, fight Collazo

ESPN Boxing’s Dan Rafael has reported that unified junior welterweight champion Ricky Hatton 40-0 (30) will move up a weight class to fight Luis Collazo 26-1 (12) at welterweight (147). Collazo is currently ranked as Ring’s #5 welter.

The bout’s scheduled for May 13 at the TD Banknorth Garden in Boston. The television deal is still being negotiated, but according to the report it looks like HBO will get the fight.
